By enrolling in the full 8-week course, you will be able to see in real time how mindfulness principles help your students (and you!) deal with stress, handle emotional situations, and expand self-awareness.
Option 1: In 15-minute sessions twice a week, we’ll bring the Mindful Schools curriculum into your classroom. Available for pre-school to high school.
Option 2: Our second option expands and adapts the Mindful Schools curriculum with age-appropriate session durations of once or twice a week at 30-45 minutes per session. Available for 4th grade and up.
