Renee’s presentation was refreshing at the Seattle Interactive Conference. We live in a world where we are running from meeting to meeting, always connected to our devices and don’t take time to ‘Pause’ and acknowledge ourselves. Renee spoke to a full room of busy business professionals and helped them all be able to be present in the moment. The experience was amazing and unexpected by many of the attendees.”

Renee was AWESOME. She has clearly done a lot of work – being a mom, a woman, a wife, an educator, etc, and has curiosity, openness, empathy, compassion, intelligence, etc. And a great sense of humor. I thought she was fantastic and a highlight of the class.”

I’ve been asking Ted what was his favorite part of that day at preschool, and what the least favorite. It was his second or third day at the preschool when he came home saying something that sounded like “pause and breathe.” He said it was his favorite, but it sounded like what we tell him when he’s upset. We probed and probed, but he excitedly insisted it was the best, and didn’t seem distressed at all. The next time he came back, it was “pause and breathe.”
